Jeff Maglin | Co-Founder & Principal
With over 15 years of business experience, Jeff is actively involved in providing Business Plan and Consulting services. He has performed project work in a range of industries – including high tech, fashion, retail, restaurant, music, hospitality, fitness and internet – and across business functions.
Jeff has held senior management positions in product management, marketing and sales. He has set successful product strategies for multi-million product lines, including for a $500 million product line for a healthcare company. Jeff is active in the New York City and Pittsburgh entrepreneurship communities and a regular contributor to the New York Entrepreneur Week Blog.
Jeff has an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.

Ruby Rios | Co-Founder & Principal
Ruby has over 10 years of experience in business planning, consulting and investing. She has prepared or analyzed business plans for clients in a variety of fields such as restaurants, high tech, mutual funds, education, financial services and consumer products.
She has held senior level financial analyst roles responsible for investment analysis and recommendations for multi-million dollar investments at leading US financial companies.
Ruby received her MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and her Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Simon Bolivar University. She has completed levels I and II for the Chartered Financial Analyst certification.
